Truc is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. We take great care to package orders securely and ship them promptly. Once your package is with the postal service, any issues should be addressed directly with your local post office. However, we are always here to assist with any questions or concerns, so please feel free to reach out.

Truc aims to dispatch all items within 1-5 business days. You will be notified once your item has been shipped, including tracking information.
